Terms and Conditions for Agra Jaipur Delhi Tours

Welcome to Agra Jaipur Delhi Tours. By booking or participating in any of our tours, services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email with tour details.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at least 30 days before the tour start date unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.
• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated and include taxes and fees as specified. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation by You:
  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour start date: Full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before: No refund.
• Cancellation by Us: If Agra Jaipur Delhi Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, insufficient bookings), we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour/date.
• No-Show: Failure to arrive for a scheduled tour without prior notice will result in no refund.

3. Changes to Itineraries

• We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives.
• Any changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

4. Travel Requirements

• Documentation: You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa) and comply with all entry and health requirements for India.
• Health and Fitness: You must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements that may affect your ability to participate in the tour. Some tours may involve physical activity, and you should ensure you are fit to participate.
• Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

5. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: Agra Jaipur Delhi Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or third-party service provider failures.
• Third-Party Services: We act as an intermediary for services provided by third parties (e.g., hotels, transport). We are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or service quality.
• Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Conduct and Safety

• You agree to follow the instructions of our tour guides and staff to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates local laws or customs.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Agra Jaipur Delhi Tours or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
• Photographs or videos taken by our staff during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
