1. Booking and Payment

  • Inquiries and Custom Plans: Inquiries made through our forms do not constitute confirmed bookings. Confirmations are provided in writing once details are aligned.
  • Payment: For certain packages, we require a advance deposit to secure hotel bookings and transport tickets. The remaining balance can be paid on arrival in cash or online card payment.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy varies based on the tour duration and hotel guidelines:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the departure date: Full refund of any deposit paid, minus bank charges.
  • Cancellations within 3-7 days: 50% cancellation charges apply.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: 100% cancellation charges apply (no refund).
